The platform charges a commission on each transaction between users.

In case of event cancellation by the organizer, RUNSWAP commits to facilitating the refund of affected transactions.

If a bib cannot be transferred for validated administrative reasons, the buyer will be fully refunded.

Service fees are only refundable in cases provided by law.

Any refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
